Balanced diet ka maqsad aapke sharir ko sabhi avashyak poshak tatvon ki sahi matra mein pradan karna hota hai. Yeh aapke swasthya ko sudharne, urja ko barqarar rakhne, aur bimariyon se bachne mein madad karti hai. Yahan kuch important poshak tatva hain jo aapke balanced diet mein shamil hone chahiye:


Aapke bhojan mein poshak tatva aur bhari matra mein paani hona chahiye. Hari sabjiyan, phal, anaaj, protein, aur dairy products ko apne aahar mein shamil karein. iske bare me detail me janakri de.


  1. Hari Sabjiyan (Vegetables): Hari sabjiyan jaise ki palak, gajar, gobhi, bhindi, shimla mirch, aur tamatar, aapke aahar ka mahatvapurn hissa hain. Yeh vitamins, minerals, aur antioxidant pradan karte hain. Aap inhe salad ke roop mein ya bhojan ke saath shamil kar sakte hain

 


  1. Phal (Fruits): Fruits mein vitamin C, vitamin A, fiber, aur natural sugars hote hain jo aapke sharir ko urja pradan karte hain. Ananas, aam, kela, santra, seb, aur papita achi phal hain.

  2. Anaaj (Grains): Anaaj jaise ki chawal, gehu, bajra, jowar, aur oats aapke bhojan ka mukhya hissa hote hain. Yeh carbohydrates aur fiber ke sath sath vitamins aur minerals bhi pradan karte hain.

  3. Protein: Protein aapke sharir ke muscle, baal, aur kai dusre mahatvapurn karyo ke liye avashyak hota hai. Protein ki acchi sources hain dudh, dahi, daal, murgi, anda, machhli, aur soyabean.
